North Liverpool boasts some of the highest-yielding postcodes in the country. Low house prices are accompanied by plentiful rental demand, meaning investors looking for properties offering strong monthly returns can find it here. 

The city's northern postcodes are particularly popular amongst students and young professionals. Areas such as Walton, Bootle, Anfield,  Fazakerley and Orrell Park offer a great deal of restaurants, shops, cinemas, and gyms.  Strong transport networks and schooling across all age groups ensure residents have all the necessary facilities. 

North Liverpool also famously houses two of the countries biggest football clubs, Liverpool FC and Everton FC,  separated only by a short distance and a green space called Stanley Park. Anfield (L4), is one of the highest yielding postcodes and the home Liverpool FC, and has benefited from extensive regeneration with over £260 million worth of investment going into the area.

In fact, there has been regeneration efforts over a great deal of  North Liverpool, something Liverpool council has prioritised in a 20 year strategy with support from  NWDA, and the Government Office and Homes and Communities Agency. The regeneration aims to improve employment and general economic standards in Anfield, County, Everton and Kirkdale. 

Sefton Council has also detailed key redevelopment objectives for Bootle (L20) and other parts of the town. A draft action plan has been approved by the borough’s cabinet, setting out the council’s vision for Bootle’s future and has been boosted by further support from the government's 'Levelling-Up' scheme.
